Our wash and valeting bays are flexible, cost effective and high quality. We recently installed a duel wash and valeting bay for Skoda. This solution provides the optimum, clean environment for car detailing and preparation, prior to customer collection. Comprising a wet and dry side, the new valeting bay makes a perfect, enclosed wash bay with a separate dry side for weather critical vehicle preparation, such as paint correction, polishing and applying ceramic coatings. We recently delivered a bespoke enclosed wash and valeting bay for Škoda. This dual-purpose facility was installed on-site to create a clean, dedicated space for vehicle washing and detailing—optimised for high customer turnover and consistent preparation standards.

Absolutely. Many of our clients require fully enclosed dual-purpose wash and valeting bays, with separate wet and dry sides. These are ideal for paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coating, operations where a clean, dust-free environment is needed. We can install lighting, heating and ventilation where required.
In most cases, yes you will need planning permission for a commercial wash bay. This is because they are designed to be in place for many years. We offer guidance and can assist with planning applications if you decide to proceed with a planning application.
Consider at as installation rather than building as all the components are manufactured off site. This makes the installation process quick and disruption free. Firstly, start by understanding what vehicles will use the structure to decide the size and then the types of washing and cleaning that you need to complete. Widths typically range from 5m – 20m, lengths are extended in 5m increments (e.g. 10m, 15m, 30m and eave heights usually are 3m to 6m+ (for taller vehicles). Our wash bay systems can be installed on any ground surface.
The terminology of semi-permanent and temporary is often used interchangeably, leading to confusion. Temporary buildings are portable, de-mountable and movable structures. This gives you a large amount of flexibility and the ability to relocate or rent a temporary building. Generally, a semi-permanent building will have a solid roof and is not easily re-located.
