Storage tents are comprised of a robust portal aluminium frame together weatherproof PVC covers. They can also be specified with solid ABS sides or steel sides for additional protection and security. The main difference between a storage tent and a temporary warehouse is the specification options. Firstly, a storage tent is made up of modular bays in 3m or 5m increments. There are three walling options which sets a storage tent apart from a traditional marquee. The walling options are industrial grade PVC, solid ABS panels or steel walling.
With a temporary warehouse solution, the bays are 5m and there are more specification options such as roller shutter doors, insulated walling and inflated roof options to provide a temperature controlled storage. If you need easy access for forklifts and plant, having a roller shutter door is helpful. It is still possible to heat and cool a storage tent with ancillary industrial HVAC though. In summary, the choice is mainly down to how long you need the solution for and if high levels of thermal performance are required.

Generally, no flooring is required inside if you are installing on tarmac or concrete but we can provide a number of flooring options from matting to level ring beam flooring. The structure can be secured by staking into the ground or alter ballast blocks.
