You can install demountable building on any ground surface including; concrete, undulating concrete, hardcore, tarmac, grass, uneven and contaminated ground. In our experience, the optimum ground surface is a flat concrete or tarmac base. The building is anchored into position using pins or if the ground can’t be penetrated, ballast blocks or weights are used.
The installation is non-invasive and disruption free and our expert team will asses your ground to ensure suitability and advice the best installation approach. A demountable building is installed in modular, premanufactured components. This means our in-house installation team can install a 10m x 20m standard sized demountable building in three to four days.
The components are delivered to your site on the first day of the installation and there is very little plant required, minimising noise and disruption to your daily operations.
