Managing Director
Angela joined us in 2006. Angela has a wealth of experience in the temporary structure industry, having been with the business for 19 years. As Managing Director, she oversees all projects with her team, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality is at the heart of our business. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with our portfolio of temporary building customers across the UK.
UK Sales Director
Matthew joined us in August 2023. He previously worked in Sales for a modular building provider for 10+ years. Matthew joined as a Sales Manager before progressing to Sales Director in 2026. Outside of work, he is a keen photographer, receiving a diploma from the Royal Photography Society. Other hobbies include cooking, eating out (who doesn’t!) and “BBQing.” He was promoted to UK Sales Director in 2026.
Area Sales Manager
Sam joined F&L Temporary Buildings in 2025. Having worked in the construction industry, specialising in the delivery of technical drainage solutions for commercial and industrial sites, he brings a strong understanding of infrastructure and site logistics. Outside of work, he is currently learning French and enjoys hitting the ski slopes.
Marketing Manager
Mat joined the team in 2022. He previously has worked for a large construction contractor. Mat is responsible for planning, delivering and reporting on the marketing activity. Outside of work he enjoys football, music festivals (including Glastonbury!) and traveling.
Regional Director
Gary joined the team in 2007.
He previously served 10 years in HM Forces, with operational tours in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Rwanda. Gary started as HGV driver, was promoted to Operations Manager and more recently, the company’s Health and Safety Manager. He has overseen the huge growth of the Southern Branch and has been integral to it.
Deputy Regional Director
Daniel joined F&L Temporary Buildings in 2022. He has over 20 years experience as a Project Manager within the temporary structure industry. He has managed a broad range of projects from temporary workshop structures to gymnasium builds. Dan has a meticulous approach to project management.
Operations Manager
Chris joined F&L Temporary Buildings in 2024. He has worked in the marquee industry for almost 10 years. Chris works alongside Gary and Henry as the Assistant Operations Manager for the Southern Branch. He is a keen mountain biker and has spent 2 years living in Bali.
Regional Director
Chris joined F&L Temporary Buildings in 2022. Chris has eight years of project management experience, having managed numerous large-scale temporary structure installations. He has progressed through the business and was appointed Regional Director in November 2024.
Operations Manager
Allen joined us in 1992.
He started with a summer job as a rigger and has progressed through the ranks holding foreman, project manager and branch manager roles.
For over a decade he has held the role of Operations Manager for the Northern branch. He has been integral to the growth and development of the Northern branch.
Assistant Operations Manager
Shaun joined F&L Temporary Buildings in 2022. He has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and logistics. Running and co-ordinating various fast paced warehouses in the food, aviation and cable management sectors prior to moving into the temporary building industry. In his spare time, he can often be seen out walking with his family and dog Mia throughout the Cheshire countryside.
Project Manager
Shantelle joined the team in February 2025. She previously worked in TV production management for 19 years. This has given her a wealth of experience in operational project management. In her spare time, she enjoys racing in triathlon and duathlon. In 2024 she completed her bee keeping qualification and plans to have her own hive!
Project Manager
Thomas joined F&l Temporary Buildings in 2024. He has previously worked in the resourcing sector after studying Management at the University of Manchester. With a depth of experience in project management, he is responsible for managing building installations on-site, leading our dedicated build teams.
Regional Director
Kevin joined Field and Lawn in April 2022. Prior to this he worked for over a decade within the events and hospitality industry. Kevin is no stranger to working with high profile clients, having lead teams at major events across Scotland. Kevin was promoted to Regional Director (Edinburgh) in February 2026.
Head of Projects
Piers has been with F&L since 1996. He has worked through the ranks from student rigger to Head of Projects.
Piers oversees the delivery of all temporary building projects across all sectors, specialising in the management of Temporary Buildings.
His loyalty to Field and Lawn is exemplary and a testament to our efforts on career progression.
Operations Manager
Craig joined Field and Lawn in 2022. He has worked in the temporary structure industry for over 30 years. Involved in the management, logistics and transport of various contracts both large and small throughout the UK. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and walking his two young collie dogs.
Assistant Ops. Manager
Stuart joined Field and Lawn in 2015. Prior to joining he worked as an HGV driver for 11 years. Stuart started as HGV driver for the Scotland branch and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. He is now a qualified trainer for plant machinery. Stuart is a keen cyclist and enjoys getting outdoors with his family.
Project Manager
Stuart joined F&L Temporary Buildings in 2019. After studying a combined honours of Sport and Business at the University of Stirling, he worked on site for two summers before moving into the sales team in January 2022. When working with temporary building customers, Stuart uses his experience from site to effectively deliver a wide range of building projects. Stuart has a keen interest for sport outside of work, and is currently captain for his local rugby team, Watsonians.
